The service
Calliper provides AI-assisted review, scoring, and analytics for sales calls. Features vary by plan. We may improve or modify the service, and we'll give notice of material changes.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record and process the calls you send to Calliper, including any consent required in your jurisdictions, and for the accuracy of the playbooks and criteria you configure.
Data
Your call data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy and, for Enterprise plans, a signed DPA.
Acceptable use
No reselling the service, probing its security, or using it to build a competing product. No processing of calls you have no right to process.
Liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Scores and flags are decision support, not legal or compliance advice; final judgments rest with you.
